FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method.
For product defects: VR eBikes will do its best to service you and provide tech support to fix simple issues. VR eBikes will also provide the replacement parts necessary and cover the entire repair fee associated with the damages.
For shipping damages: VR ebiks will do its best to service you and provide all the parts necessary and cover the service costs.
All bikes are covered under our 1-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)
We offer the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card payment: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Discover, and JCB.
If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defence against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't decline.

Return Policy
All sales are final unless approved by VR eBike.
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase on select items only.
Prior approval is required before any return.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply.
This policy does not affect your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws.
