All sales are final unless approved by VR eBike.

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase on select items only.

  • Prior approval is required before any return.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply.

This policy does not affect your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws.
