Shipping Policy
Shipping time
In stock bikes are shipped with in 5 business days after receiving payment in full
Bikes that are not in stock shipping time varies from 14 days- 90 days.
Delivery times- are estimated timeline and some are beyond our control
Shipping method- we have partnered with UPS, Purolator and local transport companies for our ground
and air services.
Shipping cost- varies depending on quantity, location, and the type of shipping services
Return Policy
Order cancellation
In stock unshipped bikes orders can be cancelled with in 48 hours of placing the order. All approved
cancelled orders may subject to restocking fee up to $150 per bike.
Customized and non-stock bikes orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order are fully
refundable. Credit card payments are subject to 5% merchant processing fee.
Product return
All unopened boxes can be returned with in 7 days of receiving the shipment. All cost for shipment and
other charges are to be borne by the returnee. Once the returned shipment is received and inspected
will be deemed if its in saleable or non-sellable condition. If it is deemed sellable the customer is entitled
for refund less 15% restocking fee
Opened package /used product- no returns
Defective product
All products once received please thoroughly inspect and inform us immediately should the product is
found defective. We will arrange to repair or provide necessary parts for the customer to “do it yourself”
or in some cases will replace the product. All expenses for repair, parts and shipping will be borne by us.
Non-returnable items-Batteries, customized products, gift cards
Return Process
All returns need prior written approval from us. All returned products must be in its original packing, not
used, and received in its original condition. For unsellable, damaged, or used shipment will warrant no
refund.

others during its use or in storage. We recommend you contact your insurance agents for any coverage
you may need for any unforeseen incidents or injuries during the use or in storage.
Warranty
Our warranties start the day you receive your bikes.
Frames carry 5–10-year warranty depending upon the brands.
Batteries- 1 year
Motor-1-2 years depending upon the brand
Warranties cover only manufacturing defects.
